Mango Popsicle Recipe

It’s tough to stay energetic during Summers, one has to find ways to keep themselves motivated. Like I am doing, by consuming the good amount of Mango Popsicles. This is the second flavour I tried in last one month, the previous one was of Waterlemon.

My family says I am just finding excuses to have as much Mangoes I can as it is my favourite fruit. But hey, why not? It is so refreshing and helps you beat the heat. You will find the process below. Tri it, it’s very easy, and I am sure you will love it.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Serving: 6

Ingredients Quantity
Mango 2
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water/ Milk 1 cup
Black salt/ kala namak 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

1. Peel of the skin of mango and remove seeds. Take mango pulp in a grinder along with sugar, black salt and water.

2. Grind it to make fine and smooth juice. Fill popsicle tray with ground mango.

3. Put the cap and freeze it for 10-12 hours. Delicious mango popsicle is ready to serve.

4. Enjoy!!

Note:

You can add milk instead of water.

You can add whipped cream in the mango popsicle.

Mix whipped cream with mango juice and fill the tray.

You can put grated coconut in the bottom of the tray, then fill mango juice, so when it will set, the coconut will stick to the mango popsicle.

You can try coconut (or any other) flavour with popsicle too.

Got anything to say?
