Fried Rice Recipe At Home – Chinese Fried Rice

I love this dish! It is easy to make and tasted great. I loved that the onions were in every bite and were sweet tasting but crunchy. Try this Spicy ,delicious ,crunchy fried rice Recipe At your Home. Serve With Spicy Chilli Paneer Or Manchurian.

Ingredients Quantity
Basmati Rice 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1
Spring Onion (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Fran’s beans (chopped) 100 gram
Cabbage (chopped) 250 gram
Capsicum (diced) 2
Ginger (finely chopped) 1/2 inch piece
Garlic (chopped) 5 flakes
Green Chillies (chopped) 6
Dry red chilli 3
Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Tal makhana 100 gram
Soya Sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Salt As needed
Asafoetida 1/8 teaspoon

Method:

1.  Wash and Soak the rice in enough water for 15 minutes and drain, Boil water, add rice and little salt, Cook uncovered on low heat till rice is tender .Don’t overcook rice. Each grain of rice should be separate. When rice is done, drain and add soon cold water and drain again using a large sieve and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan , Add Cumin seeds , garlic , ginger ,dry red chilli and asafoetida. Then add Onion and Green chillies , stir for a minutes. Now Add talmakhana and fry for 1 more minutes.

3. Now add Spring onion ,capsicum , Fran’s beans . Stir for 2 minutes. Then add cabbage and fry for some more minutes.

4.Now add Soya sauce and again fry for 5 minutes.  Then add boiled Rice , salt and little chilli sauce.Cook for 2-3 minutes . Serve Hot With Manchurian and Spicy Chilly Paneer..
