Yogurt Salted Drink Recipe | Mint Lassi

A mint lassi is simply mint, yogurt and black salt -whirled into a smooth and refreshing drink. Mint gives a very tangy and refreshing taste to lassi Smile.  If refreshes the body in heat. Probably the easiest drink to prepare in summer to beat the heat.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Curd / Dahi 500 gram
Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Ice cubes 4

Method:

1. Put mint, yogurt, and black salt in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Taste and add more black salt if you like. Pour into glasses and serve.

2. Enjoy!!
