If I have to name just one food I am mad about, it has be to Dosa. This is the reason I have posted the recipes of different types of Dosa, be it the Simple Dosa Recipe, Onion Rava Dosa or the Instant Dosa, they all have been so popular on the blog.
So, I am posting the step by step method to prepare the potato filling for the Dosa, which compliments the other recipes of Dosa I have published on the blog. I hope you will enjoy having it as much as I have enjoyed preparing it.
