Chai is perfect refresher, it energises you up. We always have it first thing in the morning. And in the evening between 5 to 7 when you are tired by doing daily chores. Adding Masala to the Chai gives it a different flavoured. The flavoured that you will love. Just as they say Add spice to your life, add masala to your Chai.
I specially bought these clay pot (Kullhad in Hindi) from the market. Having your masala tea in Kullhad has it’s own joy, I hope many of you would have experienced.
It is the most easy to prepare but here is step by step instructions you can following case you do not know.
Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
|Cinnamon stick||2 small stick|
|Carom seeds||1/4 teaspoon|
1. Take the water in a pan and add cloves, cardamom green, cinnamon stick and carom seeds. Let it boil and add tea.
2. When it starts boiling add sugar in it.
3. When the water quantity is reduced by half then add milk.
4. Boil it for about another 2 minutes and strain it in a cup using strainer. Masala chai is ready and serve hot with your favourite snacks.
