Dahi puri or Sev puri is an Indian snack, which is most popular in the state of Maharashtra. I prepared some chaat items earlier like pani puri, aloo tikki ,matar chola, aloo chaat, Pav bhaji etc . It is usually served with Sweetened dahi, tamarind chutney and some spices for taste and finally garnish with crushed sev. It is my all time favourite chaat, whenever we go for chaats, its either pani puri or dahi puri I love sweetened curd in it. here is my version of Dahi puri.
