Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 Minutes
|Frozen Corn or Corn cob||1 cup|
|Red chilly powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Salt / black salt||to taste|
|Chaat masala||1/4 teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 teaspoon|
|Pepper powder||1/8 teaspoon|
1. Take the water in a pan/wok and add corn kernels. Cook covered on medium flame for 7-8 minutes till the corn is soft enough. (I used frozen corn, you can use fresh corn too for this recipe) or (boil or pressure cook the corn cob for 8-10 minutes till the kernels are soft and properly cooked. Remove the kernels from the cob with the help of knife).
2. Strain it using a strainer. Now take the boiled corn in a bowl and add all the spices mentioned above in the table “ Ingredients for corn chaat”.
3. Mix it well, Microwave/ heat for 1 minutes before serving. Delicious corn Chaat is ready, serve hot.
