Chicken Schezwan Recipe | Homemade Schezwan Chicken

How amazing it is to spend your evening with your family and serve them their favourite things to eat. I prepared Chicken Schezwan to my family today and they loved it. It took me just 25 minutes in total as I had already prepared and stored the Schezwan Sauce last week.

Follow my simple and easy recipe with step by step instructions.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken ( Boneless) 300 gram
Corn flour 3 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic grated 2 teaspoon
Salt as needed
Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce 1/2 cup
Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup chopped

Method:

1. Cut the boneless chicken into cubes as shown below in the  picture. Now add red chilli flakes, soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, corn flour and ginger-garlic paste.

2. Mix it well and keep it for marinating for about 6 hours or overnight. Heat the oil into wok and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden brown in the color from all the sides.

3. Drain it on tissue paper to absorbs extra oil. Now heat the pan and add schezwan sauce and 1/4 cup water and let it boil.

4. Then add fried chicken and mix it well. Cook it on medium flame for about 5 minutes to stick the sauce on chicken. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
