Bread slice | 4 |
Butter | 3 tablespoon |
Garlic (chopped) | 2 teaspoon |
Italian seasoning | 1/2teaspoon |
Carrot (chopped) | 3 tablespoon |
Capsicum (chopped) | 3 tablespoon |
Onion (chopped) | 3 tablespoon |
Mayonnaise | 2 tablespoon |
Pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Red chilly sauce | 2 teaspoon |
Mozzarella cheese | 2 tablespoon mixed with the stuffing and 4 tablespoon for topping |
Pizza Sauce | 2 tablespoon |
Red chilly flakes | for sprinkling on the top |
Method:
1. Mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic in a bowl. Mix it well.
2. Apply garlic-butter paste on the bread slices as shown below in the image.
3. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 5-6 minutes. Then make use the four slices to make two sandwiches.
4. Take a bowl and add capsicum, carrot, onion, pepper powder, red chilly sauce, mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese. Mix it well.
5. Apply pizza sauce on the top of the bread slices. Then put veggies stuffing on the bread.
6. Grated some mozzarella cheese on the top of veggies. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 7-8 minutes. Cut it into a triangle shape, Sprinkle some seasoning and red chilly flakes. Enjoy this delicious sandwich with your favorites sauce.
