Three Layered Stuffed Paratha | Mixed Stuffing Roll

I’ve been told by my non-vegetarian friends that if I am not having their Chicken Rolls, I am missing on something in life.

Well, I don’t agree, I love my veg rolls as much as they love their non-veg rolls, and I can have so much variety of it, just like this Mixed stuffing roll which has not one but three layers of awesome stuffings. This is not the first recipe of a veg roll that I am sharing on the blog, but I am as excited as I was when I shared the first veg roll.

It is so good, tastes yummy, hopefully, you can imagine the taste just by looking at the photos below. I would love if you take some time out and prepare this for yourself. I am sure you are going to love it.

We don’t need to cook it from both the side. but you can if you want to Now rolled the other dough into a chapati with a circle of 8-9 inches in diameter, third will be 7-8 inches and fourth will be 6-7 inches, cook all the three like we cooked the first chapati (i.e, from one side only)

10. Take the first (the biggest in size) Chapati and spread the first stuffing on it, put the 2 second paratha (smaller than the first) on it and spread the second stuffing on it.

11. Then place the third paratha and put the third stuffing on it and then put the fourth paratha.

12. Now roll it over like a normal Roll and slice it into two or three peices. Serve it with chutney or sauce.

13. Enjoy!!
