Tomato | 4 |
Onion | 1 |
Green Chillies | 5 |
Garlic | 3 flakes |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 2 teaspoon |
Method :
1. Chopped Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Green Chillies. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies. Stir For a minute.
2. Then add chopped onion, fry till light brown.
3. Now add tomato and salt. Cook covered until tomato is mushy and fry it till oil shows separately. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Matar Pulav.
