I had this Raita once in a Restaurant when I was travelling with my husband. I loved it instantly and decided to make it for the blog. But it took me over few months to finally prepare this today. I had almost forgotten the exact taste of it until I tasted my own recipe of this Raita, it turned out amazing in taste, everyone in my family loved this Raita.
Follow my easy and simple recipe of Pineapple Raita with step by step instructions. You can also try Onion Raita if you are someone who doesn’t like to have sweet in their Raita.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Yogurt | 2 cup |
Pineapple | 1 cup chopped |
Pomegranate / Anar | 1/2 cup |
Cumin seeds powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Red chilli powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Sugar | 2 teaspoon |
Pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Take beaten yogurt into bowl and add red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder, sugar and salt. Mix it well and add chopped pineapple and pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.
