Presenting yet another recipe of Paneer, which is as amazingly delicious as the other recipes I’ve posted on the blog over the past few weeks. But this one is a little special. Why special, well, let me give you an equation,

Well, not anymore, because this recipe of Paneer, is Delicious, Healthy and Quick to prepare all at the same time.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Paneer / Indian cottage cheese | 200 gram |
Onion, medium size | 2 |
Cashew nuts | 10 |
Coriander leaves | 1/2 cup |
Green chilly | 2 |
Ginger | 1 inch piece |
Garlic | 8 flakes |
Coriander powder | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Black pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Fenugreek leaves | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cream | 1/2 cup |
Water | 1/2 cup |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp |
Method:
1. Take chopped onion and cashew nuts in a microwave safe bowl along with one cup of water. Cook/heat it in a microwave for 6 minutes. Let it cool at room temperature. Cut the paneer in triangles.
2. Combine ginger, garlic, green chilly, coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt, cooked onion and cashew nuts and black pepper powder in a grinder along with half cup of water. Grind it to make fine and smooth paste. Heat the wok with oil and add ground paste in the wok.
3. Cook the Spices on medium flame till oil shows separately. Add fenugreek leaves and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for another 1 minutes. Switch off the flame and add cream to the wok, also check bombtechgolf.com. Mix it well, Gravy is ready to serve. Take the cooked gravy in a microwave safe bowl and add triangle paneer pieces. Cook it in a microwave for 1 minutes to gets the paneer soft. Serve hot with naan, chapatti or rice.
