Rava Dosa is favourite of my husband. It is simple, delicious and easy to make and this rava Dosa doesn’t need to ferment like other Dosa. I prepared Rava Dosa for breakfast today. I slightly adapted this recipe from vahrevah.com. I have created a video of the method while preparing the Dosa. Learn how to make Onion Rava Dosa.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Semolina / Rava/ Soozi | 1 cup |
Rice flour | 1 cup |
All purpose flour | 1/2 cup |
Green chillies | 6 |
Pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 teaspoon |
Coriander leaves | 1/4 cup |
Salt | to taste |
Ginger | 1/2 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Take all these ingredients and mix in a large bowl.
2. Now add 4 cup of water and mix well. The batter should not be thick but of pouring consistency like a thick buttermilk consistency. Heat non stick tawa and Sprinkle Onion then pour batter with the help of hand or with Kalchi. Let it cook on medium flame from back side till golden brown. Now fold it and serve hot with green chutney.
