1. Soak saffron in 3 teaspoon warm milk for 15 minutes. Soak almonds in hot water for about 15 minutes.
2. Peel off the skin of almonds and blend it with cardamom green and soaked saffron milk to make fine and smooth paste.
3. Boil the milk and add ground paste and sugar in it. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Pour into glass and garnish with chopped pistachio, serve chilled or hot .
