Spicy Chilli Paneer – All Time Favourite Chinese Dish

Preparation Time : 20 Minutes

Cooking Time :10 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Paneer 250 gram
Capsicum 2
onion 1
salt to taste
Soya Sauce 1 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce 1 teaspoon
Ajinomoto a large pinch
Green chillies 5
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Refined Flour (maida) 1 teaspoon
Pepper corn 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

1. Cut the paneer into half inch cubes.

2. Make a thick paste of corn flour and refined flour.

3. Coat the paneer cubes with paste and deep fry in hot oil till golden, Keep aside.

For the Gravy:

1. Heat oil into non stick  pan.

2. Add garlic , ginger , green chillies  ,and onions.

3. Sauté till onions are translucent, Add capsicum and cook till tender.

4. Add all the sauces , Ajinomoto and pepper corn.

5. Add 2 cup of water and bring it to a boil, Mix well.

6. Add dissolved corn flour into sauces, Mix well.

7. Add the paneer pieces, Simmer for few minutes till the sauce coats the paneer pieces.

8. Simmer for few more minutes till sauce begins to boil.

9. Serve Hot with Fried Rice.
