Raw Mango Drink Recipe (Aam Ka Panna)

Summers are tough, it is drinks like these that will help you beat the heat. Mango is my favourite fruit, and perhaps, favourite of millions out there. I know those who love it, will love anything made out of it, but this Aam Panna is something you should not miss at any cost, because it takes just 10 minutes to prepare.

Preparation Time: 2 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients Quantity
Raw Mango 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 -1/2  cup
Black salt 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Ice Cubes 4
Chilled water 4  glass

Method:

1. Wash mangoes and boil it with 2 glass of water for 10 minutes.

2. Let it cool at the room temperature. Peel of the skin of mangoes and scoop the pulp.

3. Take mango pulp and sugar in a grinder with a glass of water. Grind it for 1 minute.

4. Add black salt and roasted cumin powder. Take the drink in a jug and add 3 more glass of water. Mix it well, pour in a glass and add ice cubes. Serve chilled.

5. Enjoy!!
