Onion, chopped | 2 |
Green chilly | 3 |
Pav bhaji masala | 2 teaspoon |
Tomato, chopped | 4 |
Potato (boiled, peeled, mashed) | 2 |
French Beans, chopped | 1/2 cup |
Capsicum, chopped | 1 |
Salt | to taste |
Dry Mango powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cumin seeds | 1/4 teaspoon |
Red chilli powder | 1 teaspoon |
Green peas | 1/2 cup |
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and chopped onion. Fry till onions are light brown. Then add chopped tomato, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder and cook covered till the tomato is mushy.
2. Now add french beans, capsicum, green peas, mashed potato and pav bhaji masala. Cook covered on medium flame for 10 minutes till the vegetables cooked properly and mashed it. Now Bhaji is ready. Garnish with Butter, Onion and Lemon. Serve hot with pav.
