Eating and Healthy Eating are two different things altogether, on one hand, eating is something that makes you visualize a normal person having his daily meal and on the other hand, healthy eating is something that makes you visualize a person who is more concerned about their body and fitness.
Here is the recipe for that second type of person, that healthy freak who, we feel, makes compromises on the taste, but not with this soup.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Oats | 1 cup |
Carrot | 1 no |
Green peas | 1/4 cup |
Tomato | 1 no |
Corn | 1/4 cup |
Salt | As needed |
Green Chilli | 2 |
Coconut grated | 1/4 cup |
Garlic | 10 cloves |
Method:
1. Take all the ingredients into pressure cooker along with 2 glass of water except coconut and pressure cook for about 5 whistle. Open cooker and mash with masher.
2. Grind coconut with Luke warm water to extract coconut juice as shown below in the picture. Strain it and add juice into cooker and mix it well. Oats soup is ready, serve hot .
