Aloo Sabzi (How To Make Spicy Potato With Tomato)

This Aloos Sabzi is fast to cook tastes so good when you have it with Paratha. It’s a regular breakfast in many Indian households and doesn’t take a lot of spices to cook.  You might also love Aloo Shimla Mirch ( Potato Capsicum with Broad bas)

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time :5 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Potato 5
Dry Red Chilli 6
Garlic 5 flakes
Tomato 1
Salt to taste
Fenugreek (Methi) 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves For garnish
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

1. Wash and Diced potato in a shape you want to cut it .

2. Heat oil in a pan , add fenugreek stir for a minute.

3. Now add diced potato and stir for 2 minutes.

4. Grind dry red chilli and garlic together. Add this paste into pan.

5. Add turmeric powder, salt ,tomato and half cup water.

6. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot with Puri ,Paratha ,Chapattis etc.

8. Enjoy!!
