Paneer | 250 gram |
Green Peas | 400 gram |
Ginger(adrak) | 1 inch piece |
Garlic(lassan) | 1 Teaspoon |
Onions | 2 large |
Cumin seeds(zeera) | 1 Teaspoon |
Pepper corns(kali mirch) | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cardamoms(Brown)(moti elaichi) | 2 |
Cardamoms(green)(choti elaichi) | 2 |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Salt | To taste |
Coriander Leaves | 2 Teaspoon |
Tomato | 1 Medium size |
Bay Leaf | 2 |
Method:
1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan for about 3 Minutes, add Paneer and fry till light brown.
2. Then add green peas and fry for 1-2 Minutes.
3. Grind Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Cumin seeds, Cardamoms (brown), Cardamoms(green), Pepper corns, Tomato.
4. Again heat 2 tablespoon oil in kadhai for about 3 Minutes, add chopped onion and Bay leaf (tej patta) , fry till onions are transparent.
5. Add fried onion, coriander powder , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt to the grind paste.
6. Cook the whole mixture till the Oil shows seperately (approximately 10 minutes), Stirring ocassionaly.
7. Add fried Green Peas and Paneer and mix well , add remaining water (4 cups), stir once.
8. Cook for 5 minutes .
9. Serve hot with Chapati (Bread)
