This is one of the easiest ladoo recipe I’ve ever made. This Ladoo can be prepared in just 5 minutes without much effort. This is Indian traditional dish and usually serves as a dessert after meal. I used condensed milk and grated coconut in this recipe that you can easily find in your kitchen glossary.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Grated coconut | 2 Cup |
Condensed Milk | 1 Cup |
Sugar | 2 teaspoon |
Cardamom green | 1 |
Almonds | for garnish |
Method:
1. Grind cardamom green and sugar together to make fine powder. Heat the wok and pour condensed milk.
2. Now add grated coconut and sugar-cardamom powder in the wok. Cook it on medium flame with continuous mixing with spatula until you get the side of the wok is clean and mixture is thick and sticky.
3. Take it out from the wok and let it cool. Make ping pong size balls from the mixture as shown below in the image. Take some grated coconut in another plate and roll the Ladoo on grated coconut to coat evenly from all the sides. Garnish with almonds.
4. Enjoy this delicious Ladoo with your family and friends.
