Paratha is a north India speciality, There are so many different types of Parathas you can make using the same method. This is how you prepare Cheese Garlic Paratha as shown by Jyoti Singh, one of our regular readers.
- 3 cup whole wheat flour(gehu ka aata)
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 8-10 garlic clove chopped
- Oil or butter as required
- Salt to taste
- Paratha masala to taste
Ingredients for Paratha masala:-
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
Mix all spices. Now paratha masala is ready.
Method for making paratha:-
Mix salt to the wheat flour and make a dough of it.Now mix cheese,garlic,salt and paratha masala and make a stuffing out of it.Make 4 portion out of the dough and stuff each portion with the above made stuffing.Now roll each portions into rotis.After doing this take some oil or butter in the tawa and cook these rotis till they become brown in colour. And then, serve these hot cheese garlic parathas with curd and pickle.
