Rajma | 250 grams |
onion | 1 |
Ginger | 1/2 inch pieces |
Garlic | 5 flakes |
Garam masala powder | 1 teaspoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Coriander Powder | 1 teaspoon |
Tomato | 2 |
Amchur Powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Bay Leaf | 2 |
Method:
1.Soak Rajma overnight. Wash and pressure cook the Rajma with salt and 2 cup water. Keep aside, Don’t strain remaining water.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add Onion, Bay leaf, and chillies. Fry until they turn brown.
3. Grind ginger, garlic and tomato.
4. Now Add this paste into the Pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala powder and amchur powder.
5. Cook gravy till oil shows separately.
6. Add the boiled Rajma with remaining water and mix well.
7. Simmer the flame and cook till it boils.
8. Remove from fire. Garnish Rajma with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis or rice.
