Mushroom is loved by many and hate by others but this kadai mushroom, I am sure you are going to love it. It is easy, yummy, tangy and delicious too. I added capsicum and carrots to this dish which gives completely different and unique flavours to it. I prepared some mushroom dishes earlier but believe me this one is going to rocks. My hubby is a big fan of mushroom, he wants to mushroom once in a week. I try to make some new dishes every weekend. Follow my easy recipe with step by step tutorials.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Mushroom | 250 gram |
Capsicum | 1 |
Carrots | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Red chilli powder | 1 teaspoon |
Garam masala powder | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | To taste |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Tomato | 1 |
Coriander leaves | for garnish |
Spring onion | 1 |
Method:
1. Clean, wash and chop all the veggies as shown below in the image( or you can cut it in a shape you want). Heat the oil in a pan and saute with spring onion( white part) and onion. Fry it until light golden brown in color.
2. Add chopped mushroom in a pan and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add capsicum, carrot and tomato, mix it well.
3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and 2 cup of water. Cook covered on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are cooked completely.
4. Switch off the flame and add chopped corinader leaves. Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
