Mushroom Curry is an easy and quick dish which can be prepared easily without any effort. I have prepared this curry with Indian spices, magi masala and some cream. Cream gives a very nice texture to this curry. You can prepare this curry just in few minutes not more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Mushroom | 250 gram |
Capsicum | 1 no’s |
Onion (1 for blend and 1 for fry) | 2 |
Cumin seeds | 1 teaspoon |
Black pepper | 1/4 teaspoon |
Cardamom brown | 1 no’s |
Ginger-garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
Tomato | 1 no’s |
Red chilli powder | 1 teaspoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/8 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Maggi Masala | 1 packet |
Cream | 1/4 cup |
Oil | 1/4 cup |
Method:
1. Rinse, wipe and chop the mushroom and capsicum .Heat the pan with oil and fry mushroom and capsicum on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or golden brown in color.
2. Blend together onion, cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamom brown and tomato to make fine paste. Heat the wok with oil and fry onions until light golden in color.
3. Add ground paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Cook the spices on medium heat till oil shows separately.
4. Add fried mushroom and capsicum along with a 2 cup of water. Cook covered on slow heat for 5-6 minutes.
5. Now add cream and magi masala. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, creamy mushroom curry is ready, serve hot with chapatti or rice.
