Ingredients | Quantity |
Chicken | 500 gram |
Curd | 1 cup |
Pepper powder Coarsely ground | 1 teaspoon |
Chat Powder /masala | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | To taste |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cumin powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Ginger-Garlic paste | 2 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Clean and wash the chicken properly. Take the chicken in a bowl, apply ginger-garlic paste, curd, cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, chat powder and salt.
2. Mix it well and keep it aside for 3-4 hours. This step is called marinate. Grill it in a tandoor or (charcoal grill) till the chicken cooked properly.
3. Serve hot chicken Afghani with spicy sauce , lemon and green Chutney.
