Crispy Spinach Pakoda Recipe

This is probably the best (and the quickest) recipe to prepare an amazing snack to enjoy with your evening tea.

You don’t really need a well-stocked kitchen to prepare this, just get some spinach, and some gram flour and you will be minutes away from the most awesome snack you will have in a long time.

Below you will find the step by step process to preapre these Spinach Pakoras. Enjoy.

Preparation Time: 2 Minutes

Cooking Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Spinach Leaf 10-12 nos
Gram flour 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

1. Wash the spinach leaves and keep it aside. Take a bowl, add gram flour, red chili powder and salt. Now add water and make a batter. Batter consistency should be flowing neither thin nor thick.

2. Heat the oil in pan, take the spinach leaf and put it in the batter to make sure spinach is covered in the batter from both sides and then put it in oil. Fry it till golden it is brown from both side. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
