This is something we are having as our evening snack these days. It’s so easy and delicious that I make this whenever I am feeling lazy to prepare all those exhotic recipes I want to eat someday.
This spicy puffed rice is so easy to prepare in any kitchen. You will love having it in breakfast or as an evening snack.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Puffed Rice / Mamra / Layia | 2 cup |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 1 |
Green Chilli | 2 |
Coriander leaves | 1/4 cup chopped |
Chat masala | 1/4 teaspoon |
Tamarind chutney | 2 teaspoon |
Green chutney | 2 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
Method:
1. Take puffed rice in a broad bowl and add chopped onion.
2. Now add chopped tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, tamarind chutney, green chutney, chat masala and salt. Mix it well and serve immediately.
3. Enjoy!!
