Spicy Pasta With Capsicum

pasta is always served with a sauce in southern Italy and the sauce invariably includes tomatoes, onions and garlic amongst its ingredients.Try this hearty spicy pasta.

Ingredients Quantity
Pasta 100 Grams
Onion (chopped) 1
Garlic (chopped) 5 flakes
Ginger(chopped) 1/2 inch Piece
Capsicum (sliced) 2
Chilli Sauce 2 Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Salt To taste
Butter 2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato 1

Method:

1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water till just cooked or al dente, Drain and set aside.

2. Heat two tablespoons olive oil in a pan.

3. Add chopped onion, ginger,  garlic and Capsicum, cook for 2 minutes.

4. Now add tomato, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder and salt.

5. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.

6. Add a little water if the mixture is too dry.

7. Add butter for taste.

8. Cook for 2 minutes.

9. Transfer to a serving dish.

10. Enjoy!!
