My favourites is the Onion Pakoras , Pyaaz Pakora translates into onion (Pyaaz) and Pakora(Indian fritters). It is also know as onion Bhaji.These Indian onion fritters are similar to extra crispy and spicy deep fried onion rings.

|Besan (gram flour)||2 cup|
|Red Chilli Powder||1/2 teaspoon|
|Turmeric Powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Coriander Leaves||2 teaspoon|
|Chat Masala||1/4 teaspoon|
1. Heat oil into pan for deep fry for about 5 minutes.
2 . Mix Besan , salt, spices and onion. Add few tablespoons of water until a thick batter is formed.
3. Drop 1 heap of onion batter with a teaspoon into the hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes until the pakora turns golden brown.
4.Serve hot with Sauce .
