We have already covered so many Paneer Dishes but Paneer is something which can be used in wide variety of recipes and make them different from each other. Paneer Tikka is one such recipe that is loved many everyone, be it vegetarians or non-vegetarians. Follow this easy step by step recipe to prepare Paneer Tikka at home, and treat your friends and family.

Paneer | 400 gram |
Capsicum | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Yogurt | 1 cup |
Red chilli powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Dry fenugreek leaves | 1/2 teaspoon |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Pepper powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Ginger-garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
Lemon juice | 1 teaspoon |
Butter | 2 teaspoon |
Chaat masala | 1/4 teaspoon |
Method:
1.Cut the paneer into cubes and add yogurt, garam masala powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and salt.
2. Add diced capsicum and mix it well and marinade it for about 2 hours. Then add dice onion and tomato and mix it well. ( Forgot to take the pictures of adding tomato and onion )
3. Arrange one piece paneer cubes then capsicum, tomato and onion. Repeat the same procedure for rest of the paneer cubes on the satay stick as shown in the image below. Spray some butter on the paneer cubes.
4. Grill the paneer tikka on microwave oven for 15 minutes. Tikkas are ready, sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot with green chutney or with your favorite sauce.
