There are very few things than cannot be explained in words, and I think this recipe of mushroom cap is one of those things.
That was the compliment I got from my husband when I prepared this one for him, I have shared a couple of mushroom recipes on the blog for people like husband, who are crazy about such type of recipes.
If you take a look at the ingredients used in this recipes, you will find that they all add to the awesomeness of mushrooms to create an amazingly delicious food. It took me just 25 minutes to prepare this recipe and make someone happy.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

|Olive oil||1 tbsp|
|Bread crumbs||1 cup|
|Coriander leaves||1 tbsp|
|Pizza cheese||1 tbsp|
|Garlic powder||1/2 teaspoon|
1. Wash Mushroom and hollow out the mushroom by removing the stem. Scoop out a little more with a melon scooper. Pat dry on a kitchen towel.
2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub this flavoured oil on the inside and outside of each mushroom.
3. Chop the mushroom stems finely and mix in the left over flavoured olive oil mix. Microwave 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped stems and onion for 2 minutes. Now add bread crumbs, coriander,salt and pepper, mix it well.
4. Fill each mushroom with this filling. Pierce a wooden toothpick from the side of each mushroom and microwave it for 5-6 minutes. Then sprinkle grated cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds or till cheese melts slightly. Italian mushroom caps are ready, serve hot with your favourite sauce.
