Ingredients | Quantity |
Boneless chicken | 1/2 kg |
Curd | 200 gram |
Pepper powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cumin powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
Ginger-garlic paste | 2 teaspoon |
Oil | for frying |
Method:
1. Take Chicken and cut it into small cubes. Take bowl and add chicken cubes, beaten curd, pepper powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep it in fridge for 6 hours or overnight. Heat the wok with oil and deep fry the chicken cubes.
2. Fry chicken cubes till golden brown from all the sides. Chicken is ready and serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
