Here is the recipe of Dahi ke Kebab, Yes, it does exist and here is it is. Though, we have used Curd for the Kebabs, the base of the filling is onions, that was mixed with all other ingredients.

Ingredients for Kebab:
|Hung Curd||1 cup|
|Ginger- chopped||1/2 teaspoon|
|Green Chilly- chopped||1|
|Turmeric powder||1/8 teaspoon|
|Red chilly powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Garam masala powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Corn flour||1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup for rolling|
|Fenugreek leaves, crushed||1/2 teaspoon|
|Coriander leaves- chopped||2 tbsp|
|Vegetable oil||for deep frying|
1. Keep all the ingredients ready for kebab. In a bowl, add all the ingredients given in the table above ” Ingredients for kebab” except vegetable oil and 1/4 cup corn flour.
2. Mix it well.
3. Divide the mixture into 9-10 equal portions. Take one portion of the mixture and flatten it with you plams to give the kebab shape. ( Apply oil on your hands before making the kebabs to avoid sticking to your hands)
4. Roll each kebabs in the corn flour. Heat the wok with oil and deep fry it on a low flame till golden and crisp from both the sides. Fry 3-4 at a time.
5. Take out the fried kebabs on the tissue paper to get rid of the extra oil. Do the same with the rest of the mixture. Delicious kebabs are ready to serve, serve hot with onion rings, lemon and your favourite dip or sauce.
