Being a delicious food, people think making it is quite tough, which is not. I won’t take more than an hour to get Chicken Tikka in your plate. Follow my easy and simple recipe of Chicken Tikka with step by step instructions.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25- 30 Minutes
Ingredients | Quantity |
Chicken ( Boneless, Skinless ) | 250 gram |
Yogurt | 1 cup |
Ginger-garlic paste | 2 teaspoon |
Dry red chilli flakes | 1 teaspoon |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
Olive oil | 2 teaspoon |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Lemon juice | 2 teaspoon |
Chaat masala | 1/2 teaspoon |
Orange food color | small pinch |
Capsicum | 1 |
Skewers | 5 |
Method:
1.Cut the chicken and capsicum into small cubes. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients given under table except chaat masala and skewers. Cover it and refrigerate for overnight. Thread chicken and capsicum onto skewers and discard the marinade. Grill it for about 10-12 minutes on each side. Chicken tikka is ready, sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot with green chutney.
