Boneless chicken | 1/2 kg |
Onion | 1 |
Garlic | 8 cloves |
Pepper powder | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Oregano herbs | 1/2 teaspoon |
Corn flakes | 2 cup |
Bread crumbs | 1 cup |
Egg | 2 |
Milk | 1 teaspoon |
Oil | for deep frying |
Method: 1. Take the boneless chicken pieces in a plate and add pepper power, salt, onion and garlic paste, Mix it well and keep it aside for marinating. Now, add salt, pepper powder and oregano herbs to the all-purpose flour, it will be used for coating the chicken pieces. 2. Now add 1 teaspoon milk in the egg and mix it well. Grind the Corn Flakes coarsely. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper power to the grind corn flakes and mix it well. 3. Take a chicken piece and dip in flour then in egg and then in corns mixture. 4. Then again dip it in egg. 5. Then in corns mixture. Now that all the chicken piece coat like this. 6. Heat the oil in wok/pan and deep fry them. Keep them turning so that they get brown from all the sides. After it turns brown, take them out of the fry pan and serve with your favourite sauce. 7. Enjoy!!
