Mango Shrikhand is made using hung Curd, Mango pulp, Sugar and Cardamom green powder. It is very light and healthy dessert to eat, can be prepared when you don’t have enough time and is loved by both children and adults.

Hung Curd | 1 cup |
Powdered sugar | 1/4 cup |
Cardamom green powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Mango pulp | 1/2 cup |
Almonds | for garnish |
Method:
1. Take muslin cloth and put curd in the center of the muslin cloth and hang it over for 2 hours so that the water is extracted from the curd, and you will get hung curd for Shrikhand.
2. Combine mango pulp, hung curd, powdered sugar and cardamom green powder in a bowl and mix it well.
3. Whisk it until it is light and creamy in texture. Pour it in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Delicious Mango Shrikhand is ready to serve, Serve chilled.
