Raw Banana Chips Recipe

 

I tried these chips for the first time and it was easy to prepare and perfect with tea time Snack. If you are craving for chips try this yummy and crunchy chips at home and enjoy with your dear and near ones. Prepare these chips and store it in an airtight container for later use. Preparation Time: 3 Minutes

Cooking Time: 7 Minutes

Ingredients Quantity
Raw Banana 2
Oil for deep frying
Red chilli Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 1/8 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Peel off the skin of raw banana and immersed in water for 10 minutes. Take it out the banana from the water and pat dry with towel. Heat the oil in a kadhai and slice the banana into hot oil. You should take thin slicer for slicing the banana. The more thin slices you will get more crispy chips.

2. Cook it on medium-low flame for about 5 minutes or light golden in color. Take it out from the oil and let it cool. Repeat the same process for the rest of banana.

3. Sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Toss well and enjoy with your near n dear ones. Keep it in airtight container for later use.

4. Enjoy!!
