
A mint lassi is simply mint, yogurt and black salt -whirled into a smooth and refreshing drink. Mint gives a very tangy and refreshing taste to lassi

| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Curd / Dahi | 500 gram |
| Black salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Mint leaves | 1/2 bunch |
| Ice cubes | 4 |
Method:
1. Put mint, yogurt, and black salt in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Taste and add more black salt if you like. Pour into glasses and serve.
