Here is the recipe of homemade garam masala powder with step by step procedure and pictures. I prepared this powder for whole Ramadan so that I can use this powder in my dishes. You can also prepare fresh homemade garam masala powder and you don’t have to buy it anymore
Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
Cooking Time: 1 Minute
Ingredients | Quantity |
Cumin Seeds | 5 teaspoon |
Cardamom brown | 7-8 no’s |
Cardamom green | 7-8 no’s |
Cloves | 10 cloves |
Bay leaf | 2-3 no’s |
Pepper Black | 2 teaspoon |
Cinnamon stick | 4 no’s |
Fennel seeds | 1 teaspoon |
Coriander seeds | 5 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Heat the pan and roast all the ingredients dry for about 1 minutes on medium heat.

2. Take it out in the plate and let it cool. Grind it (without water) to make fine powder.
3.Strain it with the strainer and store it in a airtight container.
4. Enjoy!!
