There are two version of vegetable Manchurian, Dry and Gravy. I made vegetable Manchurian as an appetizer or snack and earlier prepared the gravy one. Ginger-garlic and soya sauce gives unique flavours to it and it is loved by everyone in my home.This yummy balls are very easy to prepare at home. I made a lots of snacks but got a request from readers to make Manchurian balls.You can also find the gravy version of it on my blog. Follow my easy recipe with step by step tutorials.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Cabbage (chopped) | 1 cup |
Capsicum (chopped) | 1/2 cup |
Carrot (chopped) | 1/2 cup |
Flour | 2 teaspoon |
Corn flour | 2 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
Soy sauce | 1/2 teaspoon |
Black pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste | 2 teaspoon |
Method:
1.Chop cabbage, carrot and capsicum finely as shown below in picture. In a bowl or plate combine flour, corn flour, soya sauce, salt, black pepper and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
Note : To make ginger-garlic-green chilli paste= Blend 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 inch piece ginger and 2 green chilli to make paste.
2.Add 2 teaspoon of water to ensure all the ingredients are mixed.Now add chopped veggies in it and mix it well to make balls.
3.Make ping-pong size balls from the mixture as shown in picture.
4.Heat the wok with oil and deep fry balls from all the sides till golden brown in color.
5.Manchurian balls is ready and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
