|Cabbage, finely chopped||3 tbsp|
|Cheese (processed), grated||1 cup|
|Garlic, chopped or minced||10 flakes|
|Schezwan sauce||2 tbsp|
|All purpose flour||1/2 cup|
|Cooking soda||1/8 tsp|
|Vegetable oil||for deep frying|
|Butter milk||2 tbsp|
1. Combine all the ingredients (mentioned above in the table) in a bowl, mix it well.
2.Â Apply some oil on your hand and make oval shaped small balls from the mixture. (so it wonâ€™t stick to your hands, when you make balls) I made 8 balls from this mixture.
3. Heat the wok/kadai with oil and deep fry it on low to medium flame till golden and crisp. Put it on the tissue paper to get rid of extra oil. Fry 3-4 at a time. Delicious Schezwan fritters are ready to serve, Serve hot with your favorite dipping or sauce.
