But no paneer recipe can beat the ease of making Paneer Tawa Masala. Below is the recipe with step by step instructions. So, put on your Chef Hat and treat yourself with this amazingly delicious recipe.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Paneer | 250 gram |
Capsicum | 1 |
Butter | 2 tablespoon |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 teaspoon |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato puree | 1 cup |
Red chilly powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Pav bhaji masala | 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi | 1/2 teaspoon |
Ginger , chopped | 1/2 inch |
Garlic , chopped | 5 flakes |
Method:
1. Heat tawa/pan with butter and temper with cumin seeds. When cumin seeds crackles, add chopped onion. Fry onions till translucent.
2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and capsicum on the tawa. Cook for one minute on high flame till raw smell gone from the garlic. Add Tomato puree on the tawa.
3. Then add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and pav bhaji masala. Cook the spices on medium flame for 2-3 minutes till butter shows separately.
4. Add paneer cubes and fenugreek leaves on the tawa and mix it well with the cooked spices. Cook for another one minute on medium flame. Switch off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatti, puri.
