This mango, Pomegranate, banana and apple smoothie a treat for the tongue. A smoothie is a blended and sometimes sweetened beverage made from fresh fruit. It contains all nutritional supplements. Today I prepared smoothie with addition of curd and it gives nice flavors to smoothie. Learn how to make mix fruit smoothie.

Ingredients Quantity
Banana 1 no’s
Apple 1no’s
Mango 1 no’s
Pomegranate 1  no’s
Curd 1/2 cup
Honey /sugar 1 teaspoon


1. In a blender, take all fruits, 1 teaspoon honey/ sugar and ice cubes. Blend it till smooth.

2. Then mix curd and blend it for 2 more minutes.

3. Now filter it using a sieve as shown below in picture.

4. Add more ice cubes and serve chilled.
