This mango, Pomegranate, banana and apple smoothie a treat for the tongue. A smoothie is a blended and sometimes sweetened beverage made from fresh fruit. It contains all nutritional supplements. Blend Time: 5 Minutes
|Honey /sugar||1 teaspoon|
1. In a blender, take all fruits, 1 teaspoon honey/ sugar and ice cubes. Blend it till smooth.
2. Then mix curd and blend it for 2 more minutes.
3. Now filter it using a sieve as shown below in picture.
4. Add more ice cubes and serve chilled.
