This is Popular Indian Breakfast Called Berahi. It is Spicy,Crispy And delicious too. You might have heard or even have tasted something called Chawal ki Roti, (Chapati made of rice). So, BerahiI is a mixure of Aloo Paratha and Chawal ki Roti, which is made by stuffing potato in Chawal ki Roti.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Rice Flour | 2 cup |
Potato | 6 |
Green Chillies | 10 |
Garlic | 5 flakes |
Coriander leaves (chopped) | 1 bunch |
salt | To taste |
Dill (chopped) | 1/2 bunch |
Method:
1. Boiled , peeled and Mashed potatoes.
2. Now Grind Green chillies and garlic together without adding water .Add this grind mixture , salt and chopped coriander leaves into mashed potatoes.Now Filling is Ready.
3. Take rice flour and mix 1/4 teaspoon salt , Add warm water gradually and knead well to make a soft dough. Don’t add too much water ,Take a big balls as shown above in picture. Roll out each portion into a 75 mm. (3″) diameter circle to make a Berahi wrapper. Now put 4 teaspoon filling in the centre.
4. Now fold wrapper with the help of hand , Seal by pulling the edges of the rolled dough together to make a ball as shown above .Lightly press the ball on the sealed side and keep it on the topside when rolling.
5. Place the Berahi on Tawa . After a few seconds you will see the Berahi change colour and puff in different places.Then flip the Berahi over. You should see some golden-brown spots on the topside. Again, flip the Berahi and lightly press the puffed areas with a spatula.
6. Berahi can be served with tomato chutney, plain yogurt, Desi Ghee, or spicy pickle.
