Fried Singhara Recipe | Fried Tropanuts Recipe

Ingredients Quantity
Singhara ( Tropanuts) 1 kg
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pure Ghee/ Butter 2 teaspoon

Method:

1. Wash and clean  tropanuts properly. Peel them and cut into small pieces as shown below in picture.

2. Heat the kadhai /pan with ghee and add singhara. Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Now add pepper powder and salt.

3. Mix well and serve hot with your favourite beverages.

4. Enjoy!!
