Ingredients | Quantity |
Singhara ( Tropanuts) | 1 kg |
Black pepper powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Pure Ghee/ Butter | 2 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Wash and clean tropanuts properly. Peel them and cut into small pieces as shown below in picture.
2. Heat the kadhai /pan with ghee and add singhara. Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Now add pepper powder and salt.
3. Mix well and serve hot with your favourite beverages.
