Serving: 1 bowl
Ingredients for Grinding:
|Coriander Leaves||1 bunch|
|Ginger||1/4 inch piece|
|Bengal gram lentil(roasted)||1 teaspoon|
Ingredients to Temper:
|Mustard oil / vegetable oil||2 tbsp|
|Mustard seeds||1/4 teaspoon|
|Urad dal (dhuli)||1/2 teaspoon|
|Gram dal||1/2 teaspoon|
1. Keep all the ingredients ready. In a grinder, add coconut, coriander leaves, green chilly, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, water and chana dal. Grind it to make the fine paste.
2. Take out the ground paste in a bowl. Heat the pan with mustard oil, temper with mustard seeds, urad and chana dal. Delicious Coriander and coconut chutney is ready to serve, Serve with Idli and Dosa.
