Aloo Gobhi Sabzi (without curry) is liked by many people is makes a good Lunchbox Item for both kids and adults. I prepared this Aloo Gobhi Sabzi in green spices which gives it a quite different flavor. It is loved by kids and as I’ve already mentioned that my readers are anything that has Gobhi in it.
So, follow my simple and easy recipe to prepare Aloo Gobhi Sabzi at home.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Potato | 3 no’s |
Cauliflower / Gobhi | 1 small size |
Green Peas | 1 cup |
Green chilli | 6-7 |
Garlic | 10 cloves |
Coriander Leaves | 1 bunch |
Salt | as needed |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Tomato | 1 no’s |
Fenugreek seeds | 1/4 teaspoon |
Oil | 1/4 cup |
Method:
1. Peel off the skin of potato and cut it into medium size pieces. Wash, clean and cut the cauliflower into small size as shown below in the picture. Heat the oil into pressure cooker and sauté with fenugreek seeds. Now add diced potato,cauliflower and green peas and fry the veggies on medium flame for about 5-6 minutes.
2. Add in chopped tomato and turmeric powder and fry it again for 2-3 minutes.
3. Grind coriander leaves, green chilli and garlic along with a half cup of water to make paste. ( I used my garlic paste)
4. Add in ground paste, salt and 1 cup of water. Pressure cook it for about 4-5 whistle or until vegetable is completely cooked. Aloo Gobi sabzi is ready, serve hot with paratha,puri or chapatti.
